Shipping policy

Hi! We're based in the US. Below you'll see info for international shipping, and then for general and US shipping. Thanks for being here, and if you have any further questions, don't hesitate to reach out. 

International Shipping Information

  • If your country is not available to ship to at check out, email us and we'll add your region.
  • If you are interested in ordering an original painting, contact us to arrange shipping before purchasing.
  • The calculated shipping rates at check out are only for prints and stickers. If you want to purchase an original painting we will create a separate shipping invoice for you. We encourage you to contact us first to arrange shipping. If you purchase without doing so, be aware that shipping may be high.
  • Orders are shipped via our international shipping partner through Shopify, and they will assist with resolving any issues with transport, customs or delivery of your order. If you have any issues, please let us know and we'll help you get it resolved.
  • All sales are final.

General Shipping Info

Do you offer free shipping?
We do not currently offer free shipping in the shop.
Our monthly print and sticker rewards on Patreon ship worldwide for free! Prints are cheaper there too since we are able to prepare them all in a large batch. Click here to see how it works and join us.

How is my shipping cost calculated?
We pay a shipping service to subsidize international shipping costs, which brings it down about 30-40% from standard business rates. We wish it could be even cheaper! For monthly art shipped for free, join us on Patreon.

When will my order ship?
Unless otherwise specified, orders that only include standard prints and other small items ship within 7 business days from when you place your order. All prints and zines are made by hand in our studio and occasionally get delayed if equipment breaks down or other small-business woes befall us. If this happens we will contact you as soon as possible.
Framed and mounted items, original paintings, large prints (larger than 16"x20"), and special items (such as calendars) may take up to 4 weeks to ship, or as specified in the listing. Preorders will ship according to the information in the listing. Expedited process may be available - contact us if you are interested.

Do you offer expedited orders?
Occasionally we do! If you need some art quickly, send us a message and we will let you know if we am able to offer expedited packing and the associated fee (usually about $20).
