Hello! I'm Brit
Welcome. I'm so glad you're here. I make art as a way to heal and offer back to my community some gifts for resilience.
The poet Mary Oliver wrote:
and what could be more comforting
than to fold grief
like a blanket—
to fold anger like a blanket;
with neat corners—
to put them into a box of words?
That's what this art is for me — a way to fold the inexplicable and overwhelming into something we can carry with us. I hope it does the same for you.

Giving Back
Your support makes it possible for us to respond to need in communities we love.
So far in 2023 we have donated $4,902 to groups such as the Transgender Law Center, the Maui Mutual Aid Fund and the Asian Mental Health Collective.
We're a tiny operation and feel so proud to be able to channel the love you give us to the tender parts of our world. Thanks for being part of it.
