How do I get my rewards?

They just arrive in your mailbox each month, like magic! Be sure to fill in your address when you first join, and keep it updated.

When do rewards ship?

You will begin getting rewards for the month you signed up. We ship rewards during the first half of the following month. For example, February rewards ship by March 12.

What do I do if my rewards don't arrive, are damaged or incorrect?

Just let us know, we'll send you a new one!

How do I change my address?

Follow the instructions listed here. We are not able to change your address in the Patreon system for you since it's part of your personal information. Thanks for keeping us updated!

How do I access the member check-ins?

Request to follow @britchidapatreon on Instagram, and send me a DM there with the name and/or email address associated with your paid Patreon account and I'll let you in!

How do I switch tiers?

Visit our Patreon page membership page any time to view the different tiers and their perks. You can switch tiers any time. You will receive the rewards for the tier you are on when the month ends (5pm PT on the last day of the month). If you are on a monthly plan, you can switch to any other plan. If you are on an annual plan you can switch to any other annual plan, but if you want to switch to a monthly plan you will need to start that after your yearly membership expires. If you run into questions around this, feel free to reach out.

Can I become a member through the Patreon app?

You can, but Apple (and some other app hosts) may charge an additional 30% fee. The best way to join is to go to patreon.com/britchida and join from there. Then, you can login to the app and use it to access our community.

What discounts do I get?

Each tier comes with its own set of discount codes. You can view the different perks here. They include $10 or $20 shop codes which can be used one time only (lifetime), and a 15% off code which is valid on all regular-priced, open edition prints and stickers.

What are my discount codes?

Your discount codes were included in your welcome email when you first joined. Sometimes they go to spam. If you've lost yours, just send me a note and I'll get you your discount codes. I can't post them here because they are secret :)

Can I give someone a Patreon membership as a gift?

Yes! View the tiers and their rewards and then scroll to the bottom and click "gift now" to select the tier and membership duration.
